ASTM A671 CC65

At Alliance nickel alloys, we manufacture ASTM A671 CC65 specified pipe. Under the standard ASTM A671, the specification requirements are covered for electric fusion welded steel ASTM A671 Gr CC65 EFW Pipe.  Welding operations can be carried out on this specified ASTM A671 CC65 Electric Fusion Welded Pipe with the addition of a filler metal. It is important to note that these steel grade ASTM A671 Gr CC65 Cl22 EFW Pipes have been designed to be used for applications involving not only atmospheric temperatures, but also for lower temperature environment. The steel ASTM A671 Grade CC65 Class 22 Pipe, according to the specification is to be fabricated from a pressure vessel quality plate. Further, the quality of the plate used in the manufacture of this carbon steel grade ASTM A671 Grade CC65 Welded pipe must be of both several analysis and strength levels.

Several grades and classes of ASTM A671 Grade CC65 Class 12 Pipes will be provided. Grade of the   A671 CC65 efw pipe needs to designate the kind of plate used. On the other hand, the class of the plate needs to designate the type of heat treatment which is to be performed during the manufacturing process of the ASTM specified a671 gr CC65 Carbon Steel pipe. The class of the A671 CC65 carbon steel pipes need to also designate as to if the weld has been radiographically examined. Also, the class has to also mention if this ASTM a671 CC65 cl22 has been pressure tested. Steel samples such as the A671 Gr CC65 Cl 13 Pipe are required to undergo tension as well as transverse guided weld bend tests in order to check if these pipes conform to the specified mechanical requirements of this particular specification.
