Manufacturing of Electric Resistance welded(ERW) Pipes / Tube is done automatically as Hot Rolled Steel Coils are uncoiled, leveled and slitted into strips before being fed into the Forming Mill for pipe Forming and Shaping then welded by High Frequency Induction welder. The Welded point gets the same strength as of the base metal itself. The Pipe thus formed is Air Water cooled followed by accurate sizing, cutting, then straightened.
